FountainMany of the schools, colleges and programs of the University of Nevada, Reno maintain honor clubs and public honor rolls to recognize their supporters. In addition, the University of Nevada, Reno Foundation offers a variety of University-wide recognition opportunities:

Honor Roll of Donors
All donors of any gift amount are recognized in the Annual Honor Roll of Donors in the University of Nevada, Reno 's Silver & Blue Magazine which is distributed each spring.

Honor Court
Honor Court recognizes individuals and organizations that have contributed major donations to the university. Each year, names are engraved into the Sierra White Granite pillars in proud recognition of the support of those who have contributed to the university's excellence.

Silver & Blue Society
Named in honor of the University of Nevada, Reno 's year of establishment, membership to the Silver & Blue Society is earned by contributing a minimum amount of $1,874 in unrestricted funding on an annual basis.

Morrill Hall Society
The Morrill Hall Society recognizes alumni and friends who have made provisions for a deferred planned gift through the Foundation to benefit the University of Nevada, Reno.

Nevada Legacy Society
The Nevada Legacy Society honors a special group of individuals who are partners in planning for the future. By designating Nevada as a recipient of deferred gifts through their financial and estate plans, these thoughtful friends are helping to build out Endowment and provide a never-ending source of support so that the University can continue to increase student success.

Thank you -- Receipts and Acknowledgements

The University of Nevada, Reno Foundation deposits all checks promptly and will send an acknowledgement receipt of your gift for your tax records for each gift you make.

Typically acknowledgement receipts are sent within five working days of our receipt of your gift, but at peak gift processing times, such as the end of the year, it may take longer to record such gifts and send acknowledgements.
